Bait and switch .

Rhona in recruiting took three weeks to check out my dac and hear back from my work history before I was offered employment and invited to orientation for $ 300.00 for two and a half days for orientation and the 40. cpm for otr right after orientation. After orientation the manager of operations said I had to go out with a trainer for 48 days at less than 40 cpm  , because he said I had worked 11 months out of 18 months which is less than the 12 months out of 18 months that tyson requires. He offered to get me a bus ticket home  and did ,but I said what about the $300.00 for orientation ? He said I willnot pay you you have to go to the recruiter manager whom you had the agreement that you would be paid $300.00 with and after orientation you would get 40 cpm for otr . He said he was not at his desk.  I said I would not work for less than we agreed to , and that we have a deal that was done ,now you are trying to get out of it and have me work for peanuts. Rip me off. I said I would go to the labor board ,and the recruiter manager gave me a comdata check for $300.00 about 5 days later  . But I wanted to original deal the 40 cpm over the road they agreed too, they also had checked my dac work history and knew exact length of all former employers for hireright. Then later lied to to trick me to work for less than they agreeded to orally and in writeing. They are deceptive frauds and I want the job with backpay . I need a lawyer asap This is th word out not to work for this company because they have bad credit with me for not paying me for work I did ontime and future work the agreed to have me do.
