TYSON FOODS THE NAME TYSON, IT PRACTICE, ITS TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEES IS GARBAGE. SPRINGDALE ARKANSAS

Tyson Foods, industry leader, nation/worldwide, billions in worth, thousands of employees, decades of experience, a core example of american hard work and innovative progress setting the standard in the foods industry. Safe, reliable, and legal. Top pay and benefits with incentives, bonus, retirement, and of course, the great name Tyson on ones paycheck. Recognize Tyson trucks and shipping like you do Walmart, Fedex, UPS. Envy the Tyson drivers in their uniforms when they walk into the shipping office, and say to yourself, "Wish I could get a great job like that." HORSES***!!! Driving or not driving, Tyson is the worst company I have ever worked.

The most unorganized, "tyson can do no wrong", "its your fault", unsafe, illegal, and obviously a down home "hire my cousin" Arkansas hick company. Big burley guys wearing skirts and beads, sex offenders? I went to orientation, got the job in Springdale, was issued a truck in Seguine on Thursday. That following Monday, after hitching a ride from Sherman, TX with a driver whose front end was vibrating all over the road and ac was shot, i made it to Sequine, tx to pick up my truck. Sitting not 50' from the shop door, truck was dead, beat up, filthy, and 4 GALLONS out of oil.

LIghts were out, wipers didnt work, and it took that night to throw out previous drivers garbage and tyson id/healthcard, fuel card, etc.  I was routed with no time to Victoria, Houston, San Antonio, and ultimately Kansas (all late) until i finally said i refuse to go another mile until i get time to dot legal this truck. I quit at that time and was told I would have a "quit under dispatch" on my Dac unless i spent 2 weeks and gave a notice. I spent the 2 weeks of torture in the truck. Never was I given a load that was capeable of being on time. Always rush, unsafe, and illegal.

My car was at the Sherman, TX terminal, but for punishment, i was routed to springdale so the new recruits could benefit from my "recovery" of the obviously abandoned truck in Seguine. I had to leave many items in the truck at springdale, because i didnt have room on a bus. i  bought an 18 hour bus ticket, cab, and transportation at my own expense to Sherman.  In Fayetteville at the bus station, i met other Tyson drivers who also had to pay their own way home. From now on, I look at Tyson as nothing but GARBAGE, and i will laugh at the uniform. I am thankful I made it home from this experience, and i am happy to share the real Tyson with u. thanks. bb
