U Design Apparel Never received my order - tshirt Internet

 I ordered a tshirt from U Design Apparel on August 18, 2016. After about weeks, contacted them through their support email address. Responded that tshirt was getting printed. After another couple weeks contacted them. They responded that they were having problems with manufacturer. Again, contacted them. They responded that they showed the tshirt had been delivered. I told them I had not received any package. Then responded back that they would send another. Again, I contacted them. No luck. Have tried to email them several times. No response.
