U Design Apparel COMPANY IS FRAUD AND FACEBOOK PAGE IS A SCAM - NEVER RECEIVED PAID ORDER Grandville Michigan

Online order placed on 8/4/16 for 2 shirts (get 1 free) found on udesignapparel.com. With shipping the total order came to $60.97. On 8/24 I e-mailed stating I still haven't received order when invoice stated order would print within 4 to 6 business days then shipped within another 1-3 business days. On 8/25 UDA team e-mailed back stating they were having issues with fulfillment company and that order was in queue and scheduled to leave their facility the following week. On 9/7 I e-mailed again because no order had been received and UDA team "reassured" that my order would be shipped out the following week. On 9/23 I emailed again to cancel my order and obtain a full refund because at this point it was clear the entire company is a fraud and their facebook page is a scam. The UDA team replied the next day ignoring my request to cancel my order and just stated that I should receive the order sometime next week. I have repeatedly called the telephone number on their website (616-200-8255) and it was always a busy signal. On 9/25 I again demanded a full refund. On 9/27 they replied my order was already in production and the order could not be canceled --- again promising I would receive it the following week. On 9/30 I asked for a tracking number. My question was ignored. On 10/3 they blamed the third party fulfillment company (who they refuse to name) and said they would get back to me. I have yet to hear back and will e-mail them everyday until I receive a full refund.
