November 2013 I received a call from URB Management leading me to believe that they could reduce or eliminate my Discover Card Debt or reduce my interest rate. Any bills I received I was instructed to disreguard. They would take care of them.
Then they needed $ for their lawyers. On my Discover Card. I kept contact with Heather Kline, as she was the person taking care of my account. I was repeatedly told it would take some time.
At present, the company is called UAD Counseling. Today, they tell me the first Co. (URB) tookall my fees & left.
Now they want to agree with Discover for an 80% reduction of my debt. It is now 3 times it was when I started. I am essentially supposed to pay all the late fees, their lawyer's fees & all the debt the built up by telling me not to pay back in 2013.
While on their web site, I can see that I'm not the only person that this has happened to!
