UBID just wants your money not your satisfaction

I purchased several items from UBID. One was a stereo for a car and a home surround system. Several of the items were refurbished and didn't work properly, in one cae I ordered 4 small speakers and they sent one huge tower speaker. I have emailed them until my hands are black and blue and the will not take the items back. They promised me that they would send postage and a conformation number for the return and they never sent it. Then twhen I wrote back they told me it was to late to return it. I have 2 stereo systems in my gararge packed up and ready to send back. I need some help.
