Ugly Dukling - Drive Time ripoff All Locations Texas

In rebuttal to the manager for Drive time. Yes sir you do provide vehicles for people that might otherwise be un-bankable. At issue is who Drive Time uses to help these un-bankable people Fan Distribution. And believe me, sir, Fan Distribution is one company that has the arrogant go ahead and sue mentality down cold.

I returned a vehicle that was a true lemon to Drive Time/Ugly Duckling. I did not even peruse my rights under the Lemon Laws in Texas, as all I wanted was rid of this pile of garbage on four (maybe) wheels. Only after two years did Fan Distribution place repossession on my credit. I wrote and questions what repop? They replied that had repoped the vehicle. After a long go around it is still on my credit they have yet to produce a single document supporting the claim of repossession and continue to verify the accuracy of this claim of repossession. My next step is to use the Texas Jusctie Court System; except that Fan Distribution does not have a office in Texas I can have served papers.

Now lets look at this after 180 day a creditor is suppose to claim a debt is uncollectible, not two years, and never on a documented Lemon Law case, non the less Fan Distribution does it any how, and we all already know that the credit reporting agencies position is you are guilty until proven innocent, so they are useless. And then to continue the lie for two year after the fact, please. So yes sir, Drive Time/Ugly Duckling maybe helping certain people, but at a greatly inflated cost to those people, so I have to ask are you really helping or just pretending to help, is taking there money really helping?. Symbolism over Substance situation here I believe
