I used ukpostbox for about a year or more. I usually used it to receive some small items from abroad and forward them to wherever I needed within EU. All seems to went well but unfortunately with the last parcel I learned that they need to have an invoice to verify the content of the parcel. This means that if you receive a gift and even if you are asked to fill up a form to provide a description of the contents then this is not sufficient but they will always ask for an invoice and open your parcel as well. I was told that every parcel in my account will be opened to verify the content. I found this policy a bit too invasive and therefore I decided to close my account and move on. Please note that they refused to forward the parcel and even to send it back to the sender, basically they have kept it and I have lost this everything in it. 

Stay away from this company, because they are lying to you and will make up fake excuses trying to keep valuable goods. At least this is the only reason which I can guess because they were neither sending the goods to me or back to the sender. They have probably thought that the present was something valuable or stolen and before keeping it then they asked for an invoice to see if they could kept it. I will contact the police to ask if this is something which they are entitled to do. Please don't make any account with them or you may loose the parcel.

UK Post solved the issue, there was a misunderstanding and the staff was very kind and helpful. I am sorry that this misunderstanding had happened and I wish I had not written the previous negative report. I roll back my complain as things were actually solved very well. I used their service for over a over a year and I have never had a problem, regardless of this last issue things have now been solved very quickly.
