I was doing a survey with Ultimate Facial and they asked for a card for verification, I did put it in but I hit cancel to stop any orders, so I thought.
Later that evening I checked my account and they charged me $2.81 for products that I did not order. I contacted them before it even shipped and they said it was shipped. How is this possible at 10pm on a Saturday??
They told me I could cancel my order so I did so, again so I thought. I was told to send the package back. I did. Now they state they haven't received the package (22 days later) and charged my account $79.81! I contacted them to complain, the first woman Renee hung up on me the second woman Jane told me they haven't received it, I said let me get this straight, if I kept the package you would have charged me $19.97 but I returned it and you charge me $79.81??!! She said "Yes".
How is this possible??
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office in Colorado. I would suggest anyone else to do the same.
