Ultimate Services.Org/Mike Parker Operating for CentralDispatch.com Transporter Damage to a car purchased in New Jersey and delivered to Summerfield, FL St Petersburg Florida

In May 2014 I purchased a car advertized on the Internet with full detailed photos. I agreeded to split the shipping costs with the car dealership. Unkown to me they used Central Dispatch to find a auto transporter.

I was notified that the vehicle was to be picked up in New Jersey at the Dealership on June 12, 2014 and would arrive at my home at 2AM on June 13, 2014  by Ultimate Services.Org with Mr Mike Parker as their main contact. 

Well at 2AM on June 13th, 2014 the carrier arrived but not on an 18 wheeler but a pickup truck with a 5th wheel car carrier attached. The vehicle was unloaded and parked in my drive in the dark in the middle of the night. It was covered in road grim and I couldn't tell much about it until the next morning when I discovered both side of the vehicle a scraps and dent from the from bumper to the rear bumper.

I took pictures and sent them to the dealer and ask how this was to be handled. The dealer informed me that after several days of attemps they had gotten in touch with Mr Mike Parker about the damage and had sent him the before and after pictures of the vehicle. 

After weeks of calls to the dealership and waiting for them to get back to me about having my vehicle repaired by the carrier's insurance company I still don't have my car repaired and have heard nothing. I'm thinking about getting a Lawyer and suing to get my car fixed. 

I now don't belive that the company that CentralDispatch used to transport my vehicle was a licensed and Insured auto transport company but rather a couple of guys working out of their homes! I'm upset that the Dealership (Vision Custom Car and Stereo LLC) used CentralDispatch form my vehicle.

I'm retired now living on a limited income so it's very upseting to be treated this way after I spent a large sum of money out of my saving to purchase this vehicle.

I welcome any advice as it's over 6 weeks now.
