Ultra Life Fitness.Com ripped off, fraudulent charges against my account, will not cancel RIPOFF South Jordan Utah

This letter was written on September 9, 2005..to my bank.

I have been showing a debit on my bank statement now in the amount of $24.00 each month. The debit has been taken by a company with the name Ultra Life Fitness. This company had offered me a free sample of
some diet pills back in May 2005. The pills came in the mail, then kept coming in the mail. I then received a cd with a letter in the mail in June. I opened the letter and they advised they would be billing me for the cd. I had not requested this cd, so I contacted their 800 number and spoke to a man. I advised them that I was not interested in their pills and to please stop sending them, along with this cd I had sent back in the mail. They said they would close my so called account I had with them and refused to reverse the charges.

Last week, I received another cd in the mail. I then sent that back in the mail once again. Looking over my
August bank statement, I noticed another $24.00 fee was debited from my account and also in the July statement. I contacted their 800 number once again, spoke to a woman. I then advised her I called in June, requesting them to stop sending me cd's and stop charging me. She stated that I only requested the pills to stop coming. I then asked her if she could please close the account. She said she could not close it, nor stop the cd from being mailed and there would be a charge no matter what. She said the only way I could stop them is to log onto their website as a member. I told her I did not have a membership with them.


She said I had to use the cd to get the membership information. I told her that the cd had been sent back.
I then advised her that I had written to their website through their contact us e-mail and requested that I be taken off. She said that would not do any good either. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. I then advised her that I would be contacting my credit union to stop these charges, she stated that I would not be able to do this either. I could not get anywhere with this company to stop billing me for something I have never signed up for.

I feel this company is a fraud and is unethically doing business. I have contacted the better business bureau twice on this matter, once in June and now yesterday again.

I am asking if you can please help me to stop these charges from being taken from my account from here on. These charges are not valid and as I stated, I do not have anything to do with this so called company.

Today October 17th, I have been credited $24.00 for June, July, August & September, yet have been debited once again on October 3rd. I have contacted my bank once again and they have found a solution for me for these charges to stop.
