I entered into a storage contract with Uncle Bob's Self Storage aka Sovran Self Storage Inc. in July 2009 They offered a storage deal like any other. however, I took their offer because of the high tech security system that they used.  Nevertheless after a yr of paying$200/mo plus late fees I was told by several Doctors that I needed to have emergency HYSTERECTOMY.  I was so taken by the news that I was not myself.  I cried, panic, and anything else one may incur FEAR to say the least.

I was in between homes and the office MGR Ms. Crowley was aware that I no longer used my prior address.  After 60 days they auctioned my belongings for $25.00.  I had over $15k worth of merchandise.  They never apologized and Ms. Crowley told me that I said that I was leaving my things there for the salvation army," not true.  They sent me a bill for $1,000 and sold my valuables for 25 dollars.  needless to say this ain't over.  DO NOT USE THEM IN ANY STATE.  I am going to sue them. The President is Bob Goss.  I will keep u all informed. Surgery was a success. now I am ready to fight these theives.  I feel it was an inside job.
