I ordered a water feature from this company on 4/12 and it is impossible to get a hold of this company to get shipping information. I got lucky and spoke with "Dan" yesterday on their Live Chat and he told me that they were waiting for a response from UPS as to what the shipping charges would be before shipping out.

My invoice says flat rate of $14 for shipment, now he's trying to charge $80 shipping. He told me he would email me by today with confirmation which never came. I go back on website to live chat which shows "Dan" received my message but immediately logged off when he saw it was me. If you Google search the company phone number, this guy runs many businesses and many many complaints.

Also BBB shows F rating for this scam of a company.
