That's very nice for you. Your website is misleading and it does not state how many MySQL databases are provided. You state the database space that is available. The clear implication is that there is no limit on the number of MySQL databases. Why do you not state publicly that you have a limit on the number?

Not stating something *at all* doesn't count as a "statement style". Failing to provide essential information may well be considered deceit. That you support MySQL at all is not the question. Please consider only the number of MySQL databases you have secretly chosen to limit accounts to after giving the impression that only the database space was limited. This is clearly an unacceptable business practice.
