You've fallen victim to a very common form of fraud called the 419 Advance Fee Fraud scam. There was no one killed in an auto accident, there is no fund waiting to be freed up.

These scammers will harvest email addresses and send out thousands of emails like the one you recieved. If someone responds, they will clean you out of everything you will be willing to give them.

Get out now, cease all contact, and if you have given him any bank details, close the accounts immediately and open new ones - your bank shouldn't have a problem with this.

I am sorry that this happenned to you. While you have lost $200, it is nothing compared to what he would have gotten you for.

The 200 bucks you sent is lost to that scumbag. This is about the oldest scam on the books, they just keep sending out these e-mails until they get a hot one. You were that hot one, that is why when you sent the 200 he decided to go for broke and the price went from 1900 to 4500. Count you blessings you did not borrow 1900. Now you have learned to simply delete these e-mails. Nobody I mean Nobody is out there to send you millions of dollars PERIOD.
