I don't understand how a company can continue to go around and represent themselves as a platinum credit card and charge people money when it isn't really a credit card but a credit limit to spend on a catalog? First, that in itself is wrong. But, for the most part, you don't even get that. You pay your $37 and you don't even ever get the credit limit, the card, or the catalog to buy from....which you wouldn't want to anyway because apparently they don't ship their items for 2-4 months and it's all like store returns and broken stuff anyway....
Who regulates this crap? How is it they are still in business? Running all over the usa taking people's money?
Who does something about this?

Although I do agree that this is a fraud and a scam, they are right up front about what you are paying for.
You just have to pay attention, READ, and use some common sense.
Notice that NOWHERE in their advertisement do they use the names VISA or MASTERCARD. That should be your first clue.
Then, if you read on a little further, it is fully explained that the credit line is for catalog purchases.
ALWAYS READ THE FULL ADVERTISEMNT!!
