We sell advertising space on our website to businesses. As with any type of advertising whether it is the internet, newspaper yellow pages, etc., there are never any guarantees of business and we do not have control over the union members as to who they choose to do business with. We offer a cost effective way for businesses to market themselves and are creating the avenue for union members to find providers who will offer fair and concerned service to them. It is advertising.

Another quote from your complaint:

What is your Alexa score? Or more to the point, most people don't even know who Alexa is nor do they care. People do come to our site and we are NOT a referral business. Just for the record, our Alexa score is 264,534

You state in your complaint:

Nothing we do is fraudulent. We sell advertising.
