We placed an ad for our truck on another website and a few days later, we get a call from these people, by someone with a deep mideastern accent. I told them we were not interested, as I couldn't understand them. I received another call a day later by a man and I told him that we would go our own route to sell the car. A month passed and a man called and I told him we still were not interested as we generated quite a few calls and the next day , the "supervisor" called my husband. Same story... telling us there was no risk to us, 100 % satisfaction after 90 days if car did not sell from their website, asking us why not let them sell it for us because it was 100 % money back guarantee and they could get us more money than we were asking on our site, by $1000.00. We told them we'd think about it and they called us back the next day and we started the process.

They went to our other site and downloaded the pics from it and the write-up from it and posted it to their  unitedcarexchange website. Every call we continued to get was called from our craigslist ad, not one person said they saw it on the unitercarexchange website. 90 days went by and I filed a refund policy form with them. However when I printed out the form, there was a bottom portion on the page saying that $100.00 was non refundable for their costs of advertising.  THAT WAS NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD !! I did exactly what they asked about a notary public and the original title copy etc..and had nothing but a run around with them and quite a few calls. They said the notary public was not enough and I gave them the # to the NC Secretary of State on statutes and legal documentation for notary, and ONLY after that !! did I get a partial refund of $99.99  DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH TIS COMPANY unless you want to be out of your money.  They are deceptive liars!! and it is stressful dealing with them If you do not sell your auto.
