My case had a chance to be heard 1 year earlier, but United Disability Lawyers never told claimant!  My case had a chance to be ruled on before going to a Hearing, but that was ignored by United Disability Lawyers!

After waiting over 1 year to be heard, 2 weeks before hearing, they wrote a withdrawal letter to the Hearing courts, saying per my request and they requested to be paid money if the case is awarded.

They emailed me a withdrawal with no mention of money.

In their rebuttal to this complaint, they said, they withdrew and asked for no money; they lied to you, to me and to the courts! 

As usual, criminals always deny any wrong doing!

United Disability Lawyers never communicated any of the above to claimant.  They emailed they had to withdraw from the case with 2 weeks to hearing date, because they could not get any medical records.

Notice they never tried to get the records 2 months before the hearing, when they received the Notice, but in 2 weeks before the hearing date.

They are liars! If that were the reason to withdraw (because they read the medical records and decided it was too weak of a claim) then why not let the claimant have time to find other representation? 

Also, if there were the true reason to withdraw, then they represent people based on can the lawyer get money!

If the claimant's disability were too weak for them to represent, wonder why they waited 1 year to withdraw?

Do you want to risk your claim with such negligence and stupidy and game playing?

Are you sick of unethical, lacking lawyers blaming the victims?

Don't let United Disabilities Lawyers Group ruin your claim!  They are not on your side! They don't care about you! You could be on your death bed and their response would be, your not really disabled!

Claimant asked them to expedite claim and they did nothing.  They lied and said the request was denied.

There was never a lawyer on the case!

After a recieving updated medical records regarding the claimants medical condition, we learned that the claimants conditions are not severe enough to meet a listing of Disabled.

The medical evidence we recieved from the treating sources indicated that the claimant can work on a regular and sustained basis.

We also sent the claimants Dr. a medical source statement to get further detailed information on the claimants limitations and the medical provider refused to complete the paperwork.

Furthermore, the claimant failed to get mental health treatment which could have benefited the case.

All diagnostic test have been negative for the issues the claimant alleged and were not supported by objective findings.

 Please note that while we did withdraw from the case and it was with very short notice, we did waive our right to collect a fee if the case is awarded.
