I was speaking to an 'agent', I was lead to believe that he was an insurance broker and could help me find medical coverage at a better price than I was finding.

He said he has something for me called UVB Gold and I could get coverage for $83.00/mo and the deductable would be $274.00.

After I finally agreed to this program he said I would recieve a confitrmation email and to follow the instructions and I will be able to print a temporary insurance card as I wait the 10 period and will have a hard card.

Never recieved anything that said insurance on it....everything I recieved said,' this is NOT insurance'

I tried calling him back...no answer

I called the cuasstomer service line...they didnt know what I was talking about and when I said I wasnted to speak to the broker, I was hung up on.

And wouldn't ya know when I tried to call back I got VM.  I'm stubborn, so that didn't even phase me.  I'm hot pissed now, so I call back every 2 minutes to try and reach someone.  No answers.  Gave it a couple more minutes, tried again and wouldn't you know, someone answered....I said I got disconnected and she put me on hold.  I hung up

I went to the website to try and email customer service and wouldn't you know....the link for sending the complaint isn't working.

I copied and pasted the address into my own fresh email and sent off a complaint for managment to call me.

Someone called me about 10 minutes later and said they were the supervisor, but it sure sounded like the dumb b**** that 'disconnected' me before.

I am finally speaking to someone and telling them that I feel as though I've been completely conned and they no response to that!!  REALLY!?!  Refund my money and lose my card #
