Looking back on my previous phone bills I found out I started being ripped off by this company beginning in Jan 09 up to April 09. Needless to say I called the customer service number for this company (1 888 301-3724) and the representative stated that I "clicked" on the internet for this service which I flatly denied. The representative then stated I found receive a refund within two billing cycles.
