Mitchell 1, Pro Demand Rip-Offs San Diego California

I received a call from a Mitcheel 1 rep,  he was offering a free month trial period, which yes, I agreed to.  I was asked for my credit card for billing,  just in case I decided to continue the subscription.  I was told by the sales rep that he would call on the 26th of the month to see if I wanted to continue. I received a Samsung tablet(free gift) in the mail one day...and thats when I realized I didnt receive that call, and that the 30 days were up.  I call Mitchell and explained the situation and they said there wasnt anything they could do. So now I am stuck with Mitchell1 for 12 months ...and I already use All Data.

I called them again today to ask if they could at least postpone my subscription until my All Data contract expires (8 months) ....but was told once again there is nothing they can do.
