This company promised they would send my total refund for purchases I spent with this company. I never received the refunds that I filed for. How can we team up and get the money that we spent throughout this company??

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

..file a complaint, and have a letter sent out threatening a lawsuit & try to do a chargeback at your bank

AUTHOR: Bill - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 23, 2003

The best way to get your money back is to go to your state attorney general's office, file a complaint, and have a letter sent out threatening a lawsuit. If you have a lawyer, do the same thing. Once the letter has been received, call every day until the refund is processed. Do not be belligerent, try to act in a calm and professional manner, otherwise they will delay the refund process as long as possible. I've seen people try the Better Business Bureau route, this doesn't seem to work. The company could care less if you filed a complaint with them. Also, if you paid by credit card, try to do a chargeback.
