I was called today by the above company. The man, Dan Terry, insisted that he has buyers for my Time Shares in Hawaii. He absolutely needed a credit card immediately to charge me for certain charges--title search, etc.

I explained that I do not give my credit card to "cold" callers. He said he has buyers and can get me a good price for my time shares but cannot process the paperwork without my credit card information.

I finally decided that with a credit card I could dispute the charge if it was fraudulent. After giving him my credit card, I searched for complaints filed against this company. Thanks for alerting me to this fraudulent company. I was able to avoid the charge to my credit card by acting quickly.
