Universal Premium Fleet Card SCAM FOR INTEREST RATES ON ACCOUNT PO Box 70995, North Carolina

Fleetcor from day 1 has been a horrible company to deal with. We are a small family run operation who pays on time EVERYTIME! Universal Premium Fleet Cards has constantly tried to charge us a late fee for payments that HAVE NOT been late! Every single employee that we have spoken to turns the tables on us and try to confuse you into not knowing what you are talking about.

We were told by an employee that late charges would be compensated and were not. We were told that they understood what was going on, and obviously didn't. They told us " that we didn't know what we were talking about."

We have sent bank statements where they debit out account the day that was alotted and they still say that our payment is late. This company is very unethical. If Jason Dey is still the chief financial officer of Fleetcor, then his company needs to get their s**t together.
