Since i have been working for this company i have seen may different things. I started out as a rover and they do not pay for your gas that you use up going to the account, I worked at teh AT&T account since 03-26-08 and i have seen racial issues such as letting blacks go for no apperent reason and if you speak up to the director or supervisor then they try to fire you using lies and tricks.
I have seen discrimination meaning that other officers or supervisors can do something that other officers can not, example:
1. a white officer is always late and get no write up but a black, mexican or any other race would get a write up
2. a supervisor can do several no call no shows and not get a write up or fired for it but a officer can not and get in immediate trouble or fired for it.
They will even write you up on things they make up. They want you to do what they say do and neglect what you have to do and most of the time will not help you especially when it come to religion.
They cheat you of your .50 cents saying that it is uniform allowace but yet u have to pay 50 cent for your uniforms till done.
You can move up in this company and if you ask for additional training , keep waiting because you will get no additional training provided to you even if they say you will.
You can hardly get the Operation manager, Human resources or any other person to contact you when you need them.
Out of my whole working career this has been teh worst company i have worked for.

The post I worked at for 3 years I loved. What I dred was my post commander I had to work with. He harrassed me so much about my weight, being a mother, things he planned on doing to upset me and so much more. The men were golden boys who did no wrong or even the 1 other female who screwed up all the time but because she was mentally not all there my post commander stated "shes untouchable for legal reasons so she cant be fired".
Yet me, a person who loved my job and residents I became close with dred going to the job I loved because of the tears I knew I would be crying by the end of the day caused by my post commander. He thought it was funny to upset me and said repeatedly "if you dont like it, quite". After all his threats, harrassment he had me fired for falsly claiming I was 1 minute late.
Because im a white female, non handicap and a legal citizen I had no case for a lawsuite. I was told unfortunately if I was a minority, gay or handicap my case would have been strong. At least with being black you have a shot using your voice and I see its been years when you posted but I hope you used your voice. I wish I could of. Now im haunted by getting bad references when I was good at my job and anyone besides UPS would tell you (residents) how well I did my job. Residents were pissed when I got fired but couldnt do anything about it.

WHAT YOU JUST DESCRIBED IS WHAT HAPPENS IN EVERY PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD CONTRACTING COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR AND I HAVE PEACE OFFICER TRAINING. I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
IT REMIND ME OF n**i BROWNSHIRTS AND THE SAME MENTALITY.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH, GO TO TRADE SCHOOL AND LEARN HOW TO REPAIR COMPUTERS OR HVAC OR PLUMBING OR ANOTHER TRADE......
AND CONSIDER THAT A LESSON WELL-LEARNED BECAUSE NOW YOU KNOW HOW YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED.

This is a racist company if you are a white person you will not be employed and if you are lucky to be employed and have a black supervisor your career is over you will be threaten that if you say anything you will be fired and as a white person there is nothing you will be able to do about it, and under the current laws unable to even get regress
