Unlimited Game Store Scam, stealing very appears realistic Internet

This site was supposed to send me a redeemable video game key on my email upon purchasing. I payed for the product as said, and my order immediatly went to "Verifying" on their site. This was odd to me, so I waited a bit for maybe an email confirming my realism or something. Nothing, so I contact them, a woman by the name of Diane responds with the following email "Can you send me your pay confismation. We have not complete the purchase.". The second I saw her illteracy I knew I'd been scammed. I then replied with proof that the money was indeed deducted from my account. They replied with the following message "You didn't complete the payment. That's why the order is not delivered. Please try again if you wish to purchase this game.". Are you actually kidding me? Try again? Oh yeah, let me bust out $26.90 again really quick and see if that works, absolutely not. I go on to their site and check my Order history, nothing... Previously, my order was there, now it's now. RIPPED OFF. I just think something should happen to these people, if you look around on the internet, you will see others having the same issue, maybe we could all get together and do something. Their facebook also has victims commenting on their profile wondering where the f*** their game is. Sometimes all they send to you is a .png file.
