UNLOCKLINE SCAM AND INSIDIOUS COMPANY Internet

After carefully re-search, I found out that UNLOCKLINE has been running by some INSIDIOUS Vietnamese/Chinese in San Jose, CA. Unlike other websites don't charge surcharge when consumers pay by PayPal, u have to pay about 5% surcharge to the total of the amount u pay by PayPal. This website CHARGES consumers' money then using the FREE service by requesting At&t to unlock consumers At&t devices. I have an At&t Lumia 520 is still active in contract on an At&t account, so I know that At&t WON'T unlock it for me yet. At&t has a website for consumers to request to unlock their At&t devices if eligibility at www.att.com/deviceunlock. All third party LEGIT unlocking websites will obtain a factory unlock code from manufactures but UNLOCKLINE.COM DOES NOT have a source/method to do that. UNLOCKLINE submitted my unlock request to At&t, so my unlocking code DID NOT approve. UNLOCKLINE sent me an email telling the FAILURE reason was DEVICE IS STILL ACTIVE ON AN AT&T ACCOUNT. Why should consumers use and pay for an unlocking website (UNLOCKLINE) for nothing ?
Second time, I ordered an unlocking code for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for the time frame of 5 days. UNLOCKLINE offers 2 options for this kind of order, fast unlocking for the price of $27 and $13 for a slow unlocking time frame of 5 days. I ordered it on 04/20/2016 and result came back on 04/26/2016 that my processing order is FAILURE with BLANK at the REASON SECTION. I assume that UNLOCKLINE wants me to re-order by choosing FAST UNLOCKING option for the price of $27, then this INSIDIOUS website will place my order on EBay for the price of way lower. This website is just a MIDDLE MAN to RIP OFF consumers' hard earned money and DOES NOT do the job right. I emailed asking for an explaination but they NEVER reply. As a conclusion, my suggestion is DO NOT placing any order with UNLOCKLINE.COM. This is a REAL SCAM AND INSIDIOUS WEBSITE.
