Upfluence Won’t stop charging you or allow you to cancel Internet

I had a 6 month contract with upfluence. After using the software for a few months, we found it to be expensive and not worth continuing, but we were in a contract and kept our end of it paying the full 6 months. We sent the company an email letting them know we didn’t want to renew and they basically didn’t care at all! They didn’t ask how they could help us make the best use of the software, they simply responded by saying they already renewed us for 12 more months!! They basically wanted to charge us $6000 more for an expensive software that was not working well even though they knew we had it for 6 months and weren’t happy with it. The co founder Kevin Creusy got involved and he basically said too bad, we renewed you for another year. They have now charged me for 6 months and another 2 months beyond my initial contract. BUYER BEWARE! This company is a complete scam- use webfluence, famebit or any other platform but upfluence.
