I was used to rip-off medicare.  Dr. Scharf never told me the exact reason for my feeding tube.

I believe that they will say thast I need it in order to eat because my food will go down into my lungs.  For a while in my swallowing tests it did.  However, the last test I had done at UPMC-altoona imaging department went very very well. I almost passed.  I was told that all that I had to do was practice my swallowing exercises.

Also, the last time that I was in  the emergency room at UPMC-Altoona I had a full meal and I believe that my docctor said that all that I neede was some surgery

Also, starting around February, 2016, a friend of mine at Valley Viewe Nursing home on floor S1 was sneaking me food. I ate it and nothing went into my lungs.  Nothing.

That stopped in October 2016 when I moved to south fayette Nursing Home.

Down here, Dr. Iannomerrlli talked to Dr. Schasrf.  Dr. Scharf looked at my x-rays and said that there was no hope.

Also, Dr. Scharf is ripping Medicare off anyway.  He claiims to be my doctor when indeed he is not.  If you talk to the social services director at Valley View I told her that I wanted Scharf off my case.  she never even tried.  Likewise, he tried to claim that I was mentally incapable of making my own decisions.  Also, he claimed that I could not travel more than 1/2 hour from Valley View.  Now, as far as my mentality is concerned, I appealed that to U.s. Congressman bill shuster.  As far as travelling is concerned, I appealed that to a District Magistrate in altoona,Pa.

also, I reported Dr. scharf to that magistrate.  I told the person that dr. scharf would not let me go to Pittsburgh, Pa for a consult for an operation on my throat or whatever in order to eat.  I think that Dr Scharf jusdt laughed at him.

now, about medicare, I think the problem might be excessive heartburn, and not swallowing;  else, why then could I ea at Valley View.
