Lets see, I did pick up contact card at desk. That is how I did speak with Mr. Allen. I did send in final check with cancelled membership paperwork (3 membership numbers for 3 accts),I did received the certified stamped return receipt back in the mail and you still continue to charge me. I have reported you to the BBB and filed paperwork with the Attorney Generals Office. Explain to them why you still charge people. I have sent a copy of this complaint in to them also. So they will know how many times you try to go around the subject. I posted the contact info to help other people get justice also of how you rip people off. I will continue to post on websites as well so people will know not to join this establishment because you will not stop billing people. We came across your post and were concerned of your experience within our Crocker Park location. We would like very much to reach out to you regarding this matter and to discuss it further with you.
