I ordered a pair of boys jnco pants from urbanq.com on May 5, 2001. The price for the pants was 89.99 with a rebate offer of 80.00.

After receiving the merchandise, I filed all the necessary documents to receive the rebate. Months and months went by with no rebate sent or received.

The last correspondence I had with their customer service department states that checks were mailed double to some and none to others.

There supposedly was a mix up with the people who issues the checks. Well here it is January 2002 and I still have not received a rebate check from these people.
