I have been e-mailing UrbanQ.com since October 15, 2001 about this matter.

My account (Customer ID 57552) indicated that two checks (#83725 & #83726) were sent to me. (TOTAL: $119.98) They were never received.

In response to my inquiry, I was informed that there was trouble with their check cutting service company and that I would receive my checks once the problem was resolved.

The site is now off-line and I'm out $119.98.
