US Advanced cash loan Trying to sue me for no reason Internet

 I have been going through this for a week. I spoke to Dave Maxwell and Jacob Mitchell. From US advance and cash American loan. They told me they could pay off my balances on my credit cards so my credit would be better so I could get a loan. Well they paid both credit cards in full and before I could do anything capital one restricted both cards for fraud. I have never did fraud or money laundering. They paid the cards in full and I got nothing from it cause my cards are restricted.

He told me I'm going to jail even though I didn't use any money. I'm looking at seeing a lawyer because capital one said if the company didn't want to verify they are fake and running scam. They could get their money back cause it's still pending. I have had these cards before all this happened and I was never late and never missed a payment. Because of them I can't use those cards and I loved them. My credit is damaged. And everyone is blaming me. I didn't know any thing different. I'm going to the BBB tomorrow. Don't like to be threatened
