US airways Master credit card Declined issuing Credit card ,using false credit bureau report willmington Internet

My son who is 18 ,we wanted him to apply to credit card to establish credit history. We understand that  he is young new and no prior history  can be the reason to decline, but what bother us that the the bank  giving me reason 

too many accounts with balances

too few accounts currently paid as agreed

Proportion of balances to credit limits is too  high on bank or other revolving accounts,

So None of the above exist, since he is  young and has no any account. I called the trans union credit bureau and when i checked with them they said, there is no such things on this name and your son does not even have a single account on the record.

The Us air way  credit card company(Barclays Bank delaware ) giving  a false  report , i just want to know where they got that fake info if it never exist. 

Decling a card  not a problem but what they using the  trans union report is fake.

and i would suggest  new person who is applying to this card,, just read this. I got credit report which indicates nothing like that and i also have the bank decission , so if any one needs a proof i will be more than happy to provide to.
