i did order the trial offer from colonsmart per a survey for a free taylormade golf club set. however after trying the product i found it did not work and promtly tried to cancel said order well within the 14 day disclaimer and found it impossible to cancel per colonsmarts instructions. the phone # provided refered me to a website that did not exist at the time and when trying to contact a person or customer support all i got was a recording again refering me back to the nonexistant website. i made a claim through my bank card holder ( visa ) and they do not believe me because now there is a website and a phone # that someone answers as a cust. service rep. however i was refered by him to speak to the owner of the company however she is conviently never there and will not return my dozens of phone calls. this is still not settled and has already cost me the initial $88.97 plus 4 overdraft charges of $ 35.00 each because the money was not in the bank for a total of $228.97 and visa is going to redebit my account because they put the money back in my acct. until they settled the dispute. these people are from another country in our country ripping all of us legal citizens off. they should and will get what is coming to them and i hope they are deported only after they pay back the thousands of people they stole from.
