US Cash Advance on Behalf of Sanders Legal Group These people are nothing but Scam artists!!!! clearwater , Florida

I have been dealing with this problem for over a year. It first started in April of 2010, I was contacted by a Max Green he claimed that he was a financial investigator and that I owed money for a Pay Day loan.  He had me so petrified about half way through the phone call that I gave in & agreed to pay the amount of $598.00. Mr. Green told me to handwrite a letter of authorization for IASI the charge my account in 3 installments beginning on 4-9-10, 4-23-10 & 5-7-10...

   I decided to Google the phone number that he called from, that is when I found other people reporting the same issues that I was... Once I discovered that this was a scam I contacted Sanders Legal group & American Credit Crunchers and demanded that they credit my account back....

At Sanders Legal I spoke with Mark he tried telling me that they were a legit debt collector, I told him that they absolutely were not a legit company and that he needed to credit my account back... My money was put back into my account days later.


I can not stress enough that if you recieve a call from a man with a deep indian accent & an american name please, please, please report them..... They are nothing more than a scam!!! I have reported them to numerous agencies in my area ( FTC, FBI, BBB, ETC. )
