I got an offer in the mail on getting a kit to get information on how to apply for a U.S. Government Grant for school, business, whatever your interested in pursuing. As a single working mother I thought I could pursue college or perhaps get legitamite info on pursuing a small business from home. They charged my credit card $69.00. I got the kit, and was surprized to read that it contained nothing on resources or how to apply for any grant. Just references to people who were making large incomes from government grants. Making six figures and the sort. I called up the company by their customer support #, and they told me that I should be recieving my refund in 15-20 days. One month later to find I still hadn't gotten credited on my credit card. I called them up several times, only to get an automated voice messaging all 10 times telling me to leave my phone # and that they would get back to me. They never did and never have. And I can get nobody to answer the phone or even a representative to talk to concerning the refund. They ripped me off $69.00 I didn't even really have, looked at as a possible investment for future growth income for me and my 6-yr. old son to pursue something better!
