U.S. Inmate call solutions LLC Inmatcallsolutions This company is as crooked as it gets! They do not provide calling services to the facility I needed. They stated online they did. I cancelled my account and requested my $69.64 refund. Because there is no phone number now in which to contact them I had to settle for online chat with a "rep". After an hour of denying the whole point of the chat... The rep finally said oh I see we don't provide service to that facility.... Oh and we don't give refunds..... I took pictures of our whole conversation. They cancelled my account and so I can no longer log in to see the status of my money Internet

Charged me $69.64.... I cancelled because they lied about providing phone service to the facility I needed service to. After an hour chatting with a "rep" and having him assure me they do he finally admitted that they do not provide service to the facility he then informed me that they also do not give refunds. I assured him that according to their phone menu they do. He then cancelled my account and I can no longer sign in to see the status of my money. Only when you down into an account can you contact them by phone.... Which by the way you are always the very next customer in line to speak to a rep but always hangs up on me.... Crooks!
