Jesco Does Honor Warranty

I purchased Jesco steak knives several years ago. Since that time, I have purchased more knives because they are the best steak knives I have ever used. Recently, a handle on one of the knives split and the blade was loose. I contacted the Jesco Company by email. Within one hour, they answered my email and asked for a picture of the defective knife. I complied by sending a picture. They answered me within 2 days and honored the warranty; they sent me a replacement knife.
