USjesco.com US Jesco International, I ordered 2 mops for the price of one, only got one, it was defective, never received the other and tried to contact numerous times, never had any response. Ripoff Carrollton Texas

I ordered 2 PVA mops and it was 2 for the price of one. I received 1 mop only (after a long wait) and it was defective. I never received the other mop. I called and e-mailed several times and only get a recording everytime that no one is available. My e-mails have not been responded to.

US Jesco has been in business since 1989. I am an employee of US JESCO International and my position is head of customer service. We have live personnel on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday. I looked up the records for Robbin Sandlin from Cape Coral, FL. Mrs. Sandlin placed an internet order on 10/14/05 for a PVA Mop (set of 2) and her order was shipped accordingly. On 11/15/05 we sent her a replacement for one of her PVA mops so therfore, Mrs. Sandlin did indeed get the two mops for which she paid. Since this time, US Jesco has not recieved any further communication from Mrs. Sandlin indicating any other issues with the product she ordered. US Jesco has strived for and achieved a great reputation because we stand behind our products for life; not many companies these days can say that. We work with some of the most reputable store chains in the world and have maintained those strong relationships because of our commitment to quality and excellent customer relations. These relationships with our customers and store chains could only last for 20 years if this was the case. US Jesco truly believes the customer is the back bone of our business and we do what we can to make sure that each customer is handled with respect and courtesy. I submit that our word and our product speak for themselves.
