USA Shopping Club rip-off! After I signed up for the card they refused me my purchase stating the USA credit card could not be used to purchase sale items. Union Town Pennsylvania

I was called by phone and solicited to by the credit card for a $79 activation fee. I also got my account number which I have recorded when I went to purchase a Canon EOS Rebel digital camera. I was told I could not purchase there product as it was on sale I complained and I found that "Product with Bargin blow out price nust be paid in full at the time of purchase" it did not say USA credit card could not be use to pay in full I challenged this and got no satisfaction I have filled with every agency I could to force USA shopping club to sell my their supposed bargin sale price.

The began making us stories about it being written all over the website, that is absolutly false and it says no where. I did insist on my $79 back I assume I have no control if they deduct the $79 even after they said it was stopped.
