USA Discount Plans, Company operates under names such as USA Discount Plans, Utility Billing Discount, Billing Discount. They are a SCAM, BEWARE!! Northridge California

A lady had called many times offering a 50 percent discount on my utility bills, credit card bills and even loans.  The way they try to reel one in is by offering to make the payment first on your behalf just by asking the necessary information to make the payment. Once they make the payment and provide you with a confirmation number and also ask you to verify from your utility company that the payment has been received, which makes it sound very legit and makes them believable.

Once you have confirmed that the payment has been made on your behalf into your desired account (bills, loans), then they would provide you a bank account number of a US-based bank and convince you to give them 50% of the amount deposited as CASH into the account(s) given to you by them. They do not accept any other forms of payments but CASH because it cannot be traced or reversed.  Even if you were to fall for it, deposit personal check(s) so you can stop or reverse payments just like they do.

SCAM comes once after you have deposited the CASH into one of the accounts given to you by them. The money that had paid into your utility bill account, phone bill account, credit card account or even loan accounts (such as Student loan, Auto loans, business loan) WILL BE REVERSED and you will be left with nothing!! you will still have to pay your bills and the money you had deposited into their account will be gone too.

DO NOT FALL FOR THEM TO MAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT! they will call you to ask for credit card information so that they can pay your card bill. They will pay your first bill, but will then hack your card credit and start using it for other purchases.

They usually call from a google voice using a fake number and claim that they can pay your bills through vouchers that they have that are useless for them. They can pay our bills using the vouchers and we can save 50% and they can get cash and make it sound like its a win win situation. DO NOT FALL for it! you will lose all your money!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady that called me said her name is Kanwal Chaudhry then later into few weeks she stated her name as Kanwal Shah. The numbers she called from are: 818-796-4758, 818-796-4851 and other numbers used to contact me from her "Manager" or "senior management" are 818-626-5070 and 204-515-7611
