USA Discount Warehouse Poor Customer Service, badgering, Name Calling, Scam, Rip off, Liar Cape Coral Florida

I found this company online and saw that they had great prices on an item I needed. They offered same day shipping and 2-3 day delivery. I placed an order for a 4gb Micro SD Card. That was on May 27th. It was placed early in th eday so it should have been shipped out that day. I contacted them Wednesday via email to please check the status of my order as it has not arrived. I also never received tracking as promised.

I got no reply. Their online chat was alco not working. I emailed them again yesterday stating to please confirm the status of my order that I had not received any response. I told them if I did not hear back by end of day I would assume they are a scam company and dispute the charge.

Today I contacted them via chat. I explained what happend and that I was growing angry. I was told that my order shipped in a very nasty way. And then cut off from chat. I was unable to reply or screenshot as they deleted the conversation immediatly.

I was then chatted again and told that my measly $10 was not worth their time and had already been refunded. I can tell you that NO...it has NOT been refunded. And I have yet to receive what I ordered. I then received THIS response from their customer service....

What an awful awful company.
