USA People Search Was charged $24.95/month. Each search I attempted, company wanted between $10 - $39.95. "Eva" did credit my acct then hung up on me Internet

For .95 I enrolled in a "free" limited offer to try to locate a person's address here in Louisville, KY.
The certified mail sent to her address was returned "undeliverable".   I failed to cancel the service within the trial period, because I had a lot of other business matters pressing, so my debit card bank account was billed $24.95 for the next 30-day period.  Naturally, I thought I would just take full advantage of the service for the next 30 days and then cancel. 

Every time I went to research another individual for address, phone number, etc. I was asked to pay a minimum of $10 up to $39.95 to access ANY records.  I called the company, and after waiting on the line for approximately 20 minutes "Eva" answered.  I expressed my disappointment with
USA People Search and asked for the $24.95 refund.  She said she had to check with her supervisor first. .  I was on hold less than 15 seconds, if that long, before she came back and said
she would refund my .95 plus the $24.95.  I then asked to talk to the highest person in management in the office with intentions to discuss with being scammed.  She said she would put me in contact with Brittany, "who is higher up than I am".  The phone went dead.
