Following is an email I sent to USA Promotional Cards after months of trying to process my cards and being notified that they would not honor one of my two cards.  As of today 01/27/14 (3 months from my first attempt), I have not recieved either card.  This so called business is nothing but a scam.  To use "USA" as part of their name is a disgrace.  I'm sure there have been some who had no trouble with getting their card processed as scamming everyone would raise too many eyebrows.  I just wish that those who have had this kind of problems would voice their opinions on this site.

This is what I sent:

What a scam you people are running.  I have tried to have these cards processed since 10/21/2013  Did not hear from you for a week after reading that I would be sent a confirmation within a couple of days.  So I called 10/25/13.  I was told I had entered the wrong pin not once but twice.  Before submitting I checked and rechecked the typing of the pin #.   I am 100% sure it was submitted correctly.  So I was told to re-submit the cards.  I still didn't hear from you and so had to call again 11/5/13.  I was asked to re-submit them again which I did on the same day. 

When once again I did not hear from you, I called yet again on 1/16/14.   This time I told that they were being processed and I would receive the cards in the mail within 4 to 6 weeks.  Today I received this email informing me that I would be denied a card because "due to one per household violation".  These cards were used as a raffle during a charity golfing event and were given away as pairs.  Almost 3 month and I still have not received one gift card.  I would be ashamed of working or running a company such as yours.  I have never in my 65 years ever been so dissatisfied with such service (and I use that word loosely since there is none) from any business.
