Usabox is a total ripoff. They will hold your mail even after you have submitted the required documents till you agree to pay an additional monthly fee. They held my mail even though FedEx and UPS were used to get my mail. It is illegal for them to do so. They can only hold mail delivered bu usps per their own contract. And that's if the completed forms and ids are not received. Wasted 1 week with this clowns before switching to a good service provider. They are nothing more than a waste of time. They don't have a phone number and from the emails it appears they have one employee. So probably they're going out of business sooner than later. Be warned, there are hundreds of complaints from the public about them. Read and save yourself a lot of time.
