This company uses bait and switch sales tactics. When you order on their web site, you receive an email telling you you have to call them before your order can be filled. When you call they use hi pressure tactics to get you to purchase more expensive products, namely the kit instead of just the camera.

if you agree to the kit, they bill you the price for the kit and send just the camera. they don't respond to emails from you after that and if you call, they transfer you around then cut you off. they are very rude. they have at this time they have had 46 complaints witht the better business bureau, only 21 were resolved, 45 responded to but the customer was not satisfied, and 2 they did not respond to at all. mine was one of those 2. They lie to you to get more money and then don't provide what you pay for. very bad business tactics.
