Rented a car from this company. Horrible service. Don't even think of renting through them. There are a lot of better options. Driven by mistake through a ezpass fast lane in NH. Was charged $50 fee for processing a violation of only $2. When tried to speak with them, I received a rude response, saying that I was wasting their time and that the $50 fee is exactly for speaking over the phone with them.
They have charged a huge fee for not returning the car full of gas, although I was told to return it 1/4 full. They have reimbursed me for that eventually but wasted my time calling them for that.
If you don't want to deal with extra charges and find your vacation ruined, please do yourself a favor and find another place to rent a car.
