UsaVoicemail - VoiceVoxx - Intergrated Check Technologies Company charging unauthorized transactions through my bank account using a routing number that is 2yrs old. That is fraud. RIPOFF Fort Myers Florida

Intergrated check technologies charged my bank account for voicemail charges. I have voicemail on my home phone as well as cel phone why would I need to have another voicemail box. I don't download screensavers or any of that junk that is a waste of my busy time. I emailed my bank and came back with telephone number which was 18003380676.

I called the number for absolution and they were telling I had to call another number to get this cancelled or refunded. The number was long distance and they said they couldn't transfer me. I do not have long distance on my home phone and I am not wasting my minutes on my cel phone for someone in their company that can't meet their quota to keep their job.

Now for the company not being able to transfer calls. You gotta really wonder about that. They refused to transfer me and they even hung up on me a few times. I work customer service and I can tell you these people are full of it. So I went to my bank and they refunded my money to me however this company owes me additional money since they put my bank account in overdraft for these unauthorized charges.

Now here's the kicker to all this. This company is using an old routing number that hasn't been used for 2yrs by my bank. Hmmm. That really makes me wonder what kind of people they have and where are they getting their information. I don't pay by check for anything on the internet. I have no bills that go to Ohio or Florida.

Anyways I am still waiting on the BBB to get back with me, hopefully I will the money back that they owe me. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one. They don't call you back when you leave messages. Then when they do call you, they don't call you on the right phone number. I am just curious how they stay in business. I even wonder if they are even running a legit business or just try to say they are.
